Gluten-free, lactose sensitivity

 I've been a vegetarian since 1993. I do eat cheese and dairy though. I recently discovered that I'm somewhat lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive. Every time I eat gluten my stomach bloats really big. Like 3 months pregnant big. I just figured all these years it's because I had 5 children. However when I was sick the past 2 times and didn't eat anything for days, my stomach h was flat as a surfboard. But once I resumed eating gluten I got bloated. I decided to go on a lowfod map diet and figure out what foods trigger my symptoms. I did that for about four weeks. I discovered a lot of dairy wasn't my friend either. I also discovered going out to eat was a big no no. Though I'm not giving up everything, I will do things on moderation and make some drastic changes in my diet.
